Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after customers receive the ordered products.

All items for return must meet the below requirements:
  • Unused, unworn, unwashed and in original new condition;
  • Complete with original packaging, tags, accessories and manuals attached;
  • Damaged caused by personal improper use, accidental drop or man-made destruction is not eligible for free return.
Custom-made, personalized goods, clearance final-sale items are non-refundable & non-returnable.

2. Return Application Process

  1. Send return application email to our official mailbox: micterqquco@outlook.com, mark order number + return reason in email subject;
  2. Our customer service will review your request within 2–3 business days and send approved return instruction & return address;
  3. Do not send back items without our pre-approved return authorization; unauthorized returned parcels will be refused receipt.

3. Shipping Cost for Returns

  • Defective / wrong item delivered by our mistake: We cover full return shipping fee and subsequent reship cost;
  • Customer-initiated return (change mind, size unsuitable): Buyers bear all outbound and return shipping charges, original shipping fee from order will not be refunded.

4. Refund Processing

  1. After we receive and inspect returned goods in good condition, refunds will be issued in 3–7 working days to your original payment account;
  2. Refund will follow your original payment channel; bank transfer or card refund may take extra several banking processing days depends on card issuer’s regulation;
  3. If items are received damaged during return transit due to poor packaging by customer, we reserve the right to reject full or partial refund.

5. Damaged & Missing Item on Delivery

Please email us with clear photos of damaged package/product within 7 days upon parcel receipt. We offer partial refund, full refund or free replacement based on actual situation after verification.
