1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering or completing checkout on our website, you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy. If you disagree with any clause, you are prohibited from using our website and purchasing products.

These policies collectively form the binding legal agreement between you (Customer) and Nisvorn (Seller).

2. Site & Account Usage Rules

You warrant all personal information submitted during checkout is true, accurate and legal. You shall be fully liable for orders made under your account information.
Automated web scraping, crawler data collection, bulk price crawling, malicious website attack, fraud order submission are strictly forbidden. Nisvorn reserves rights to block your access, cancel pending orders and pursue legal compensation for losses caused by improper use.
We reserve rights to temporarily suspend website access for system maintenance, upgrade or security upgrade without prior notice.

3. Order & Contract Formation

Adding items to shopping cart does not form a binding sales contract; your submitted order is an offer of purchase. A formal sales contract takes effect after Nisvorn sends official order confirmation email.
We hold the right to reject or cancel any order due to inventory shortage, obvious pricing error, suspected fraudulent transaction, abnormal delivery address or other reasonable commercial reasons, and will fully refund pre-paid amount in such cases.
All listed product prices on website exclude international import tax, customs duty, local VAT and destination country clearance fees unless specially marked; all cross-border import-related taxes and duties shall be borne by end customers in accordance with local customs regulations.

4. Payment Terms

We support payment via PayPal, Shopify Payments and other authorized third-party payment gateways; payment will be deducted upon successful order submission.
Nisvorn does not store complete credit card, CVV or sensitive bank card data; all payment information is encrypted and processed by certified payment service providers as specified in our Privacy Policy.
Any bank transfer/credit card refund delay is subject to the settlement rules of your card issuing bank, and we bear no responsibility for such processing duration.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Return Rules

All delivery schedule, transit duration, carrier selection, return eligibility and shipping cost allocation follow our independent Shipping Policy & Return Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms as supplementary legal clauses.

For EU/EEA & UK consumers, statutory 14-day cooling-off withdrawal right complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive; detailed withdrawal operation is specified in our return policy.

6. Intellectual Property Right

All website texts, product pictures, logos, graphic design, trademark and layout copyright belong exclusively to Nisvorn or authorized brand owners. Any unauthorized copy, reproduce, resell or commercial use without written consent constitutes IP infringement.
Third-party trademarks displayed on product pages belong to respective brand owners and are only used for product description purpose.

7. Product Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

All products are sold per listed product specification. Except mandatory statutory warranty required by EU local consumer law, Nisvorn disclaims all implied merchantability or fitness-for-purpose warranty to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nisvorn is not liable for losses arising from improper customer operation, wrong installation, accidental damage, natural wear after usage or unreasonable product application.
Our total maximum compensation liability for any single disputed order shall not exceed the actual total payment amount of that order; we shall not compensate any indirect loss, consequential loss, lost profit or incidental damages caused by product or delivery issues.

8. Indemnification Clause

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Nisvorn, its staff and partners harmless against all losses, legal fees, compensation and penalty arising from your violation of these Terms, illegal order placement or infringement to third-party rights.

9. Privacy Compliance

Your personal data collection and processing strictly follows our published Privacy Policy, complying with Hong Kong PDPO, EU GDPR and US CCPA regulations; you may submit data access/correction/deletion request via our official email as ruled in Privacy Policy.

10. Modification of Terms

Nisvorn reserves the right to revise these Terms occasionally. Updated version will be posted on legal page with new effective date; your continuous shopping after update equals your acceptance of revised clauses.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China.
Any dispute arising from order or website service shall first be settled via friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Hong Kong.
EU consumers may additionally use EU official Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) for cross-border dispute mediation per EU regulation.
