1. Processing Time
- All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation (excluding weekends and local public holidays in Hong Kong).
- Orders placed on holidays or after daily cutoff time will be arranged for processing on the next working day.
- We reserve the right to delay order processing temporarily due to unexpected inventory shortage, warehouse stocktaking or force majeure, and will notify customers via registered email in advance.
2. Shipping Destination & Delivery Period
We deliver products worldwide to most countries and regions. Estimated transit times after dispatch are for reference only:
- United States / Canada: 7–18 business days
- United Kingdom / EU Countries: 8–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–22 business days
- Other global regions: 12–30 business days
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, local postal backlog, bad weather or carrier emergency issues, which are out of our control.
3. Shipping Fee Rule
Shipping cost is calculated based on item weight, destination country and shipping option, displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping promotion: When order amount reaches the specified threshold marked on site, standard shipping cost will be waived automatically.
- Multiple items in one order will be combined to calculate total shipping expense.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Tax
All product prices and basic shipping fees do NOT include destination country customs duty, VAT, import tax or clearance administration fees.
All import-related taxes, customs charges and brokerage fees shall be paid by buyers in accordance with local customs regulations upon arrival. We will not pre-pay or reimburse any customs-related cost.
5. Undeliverable / Returned Parcels
- Parcels returned to our warehouse caused by invalid shipping address, recipient refusal to receive, unpaid customs tax or missed pickup will be held for 30 days.
- If customers require reshipment after parcel returns, buyers need to bear all extra reshipping freight and related costs.
- Unclaimed returned packages beyond 30 days will be disposed, no refund available.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipment
- Damaged goods on receipt: Customers must provide clear photos of outer package and damaged items within 7 calendar days after receiving parcel via our service email. We arrange partial refund, full refund or replacement after verification.
- Lost in transit: File missing claim within 30 days after order dispatched. We assist to track with logistics provider; confirmed lost parcel will be refunded or resent per customer’s choice.
7. Address Modification Request
Address revision application must be submitted via email before order is dispatched. Once goods leave our warehouse, shipping address cannot be amended anymore.
8. Policy Update
Nisvorn reserves the right to adjust shipping terms, delivery time and freight rules without prior individual notice. Revised policy will be published on website policy page directly.
